I agree about using less technology, but I wonder about things like online guitar lessons on youtube, or drawing and painting tutorials, whether or not using the technology as an educational tool is also discouraged.
I believe that there is a wealth of information that can be used creatively without the prospect of being dumbed down by it.
Even cooking shows, for that matter. I have expanded my abilities in the kitchen from online recipes and videos as well
Electronic devices while dumb us down they are still devices to access the internet and watch enlightening videos like this one. If internet was created for massive awakening, then electronic devices are our gateway to it.
