I always put the ketchup in the door of the fridge. It just doesn’t taste right when it’s room temperature. The only ketchup that’s good room temperature is Wendy’s ketchup. Don’t ask me why, it just is. It’s just something about the way the cold ketchup and the warm food go together in my mouth.
I stor my cechup in the fridge but I call it tomato source

The back label of Heinz Ketchup says to "refrigerate after opening." I am sure the manufacturer of the product knows better than the Consumer. Just how long do you think the ketchup is going to be on your hot food before it turns hot itself. People, please read labels, they’re there for a reason. Too many people buy things and do not read the labels or instructions.
