I wonder how much it would cost building a four story building in Nicaragua. Renting the first one as a business for $600 and the rest, 2nd, 3rd and 4th as apartments for $300 each would be a great business. How much a lot could cost and building the infrastructure? Could you please, find out?

Can you also tell us what’s the minimum wage monthly or annually in Nicaragua? I believe you could pay a person monthly to clean your house, cook you, do your laundry. 8 hours a day, for less than $200 a month.

Love it….How would we go about finding a place to rent temporarily. Like 1-2 months?
Cool place would be nice to stay longer than a month there. Put a bird aviary on the terrace and grow chilies in pots. Make the spare shed on the terrace a garden house grow orchids in there. Put a shade awning on the big terrace and run eBay from there 🙂 Interview Mary next.
