hello. i bought the original jitterbug smartphone with black face. didnt activate it as my old flip phone was working ok. now a year has gone by. i called greatcall to finally activate it, & they say that they cannot activate that phone anymore. now ive got a new phone that i like, but cant use. any thoughts on what to do? i hate wasting $, & cant see the new jitterbug2 as well, due to my eyesight.
Soon as this list mentioned Jitterbug, I knew it was a waste of time. My parents both complain the volume is poor.
