What kind of person just pulls out a gun and takes someone’s life over an argument, an argument over a kid. How dumb what are we teaching our kids? He yelled at me so I killed him. The bottom line is simple we are living in a world that doesn’t know Jesus. How can you love God and kill someone God loves. Stop fearing for life and start fearing for your soul.
He loves his son. sad this is all over a dad genuinely wanting to see his child. Somewhere in the video read says you told me to pick him up to the wife. I saw the vid on Twitter that day. where did that footage go
Honestly they should just take away self defense rights if the victim never had a weapon, trigger happy ppl like this who pull out a gun during a confrontation like this need to be stopped. And u can say “he was trying to grab his gun!” Well that wouldn’t have been a problem if a gun wasn’t pulled in the first place now would it? No gun involved = no deadly threat and they prolly would’ve either fought it out or both walked away unharmed but angry.
I think you all are forgetting this is in Texas. Although it would be legal in many other states, he was told multiple times to get off the property, even while the moth said she would get the child. He needed his firearm for protection and the guy still wouldn’t leave the property. Then he tried to grab the weapon.
This was 100% justified whether you wanna believe It or not..
It’s crazy how many people can’t see this as self-defense but Kyle Rittenhouse was self-defense 1 is protecting his home and family he didn’t kill him until he tried to take the gun from him

There is no 2nd perspective…there is only 2nd camera…
…the father told them he wiill take legal action…thats it…..he did not threaten them to kill…and did not even bring any weapon…and Kyle calmly went his house and brought the gun (At this moment there is no threat to Kyle’s life)……this is what escalated the whole situation….
Father should have left and never touched the gun or threatened the man with a gun 100% …boyfriend should have never brought out the gun and Gone inside and locked the doors and called the police. This was handled terribly and likely the son will grow up to make his own decisions and likely not speak to anyone in that situation that changed his life forever that day. This whole situation was wrong wrong wrong all around. Shame on the men. Shame on the wives. This is pathetic.
I wont be surprised if the step dad winds up in a similar position down the line, if the son has to stay with them. If i found out anyone killed my dad for virtually no reason, id just prepare for my own jail sentence in advance. Why did he even get the gun in the first place? It was a verbal conflict

And you can’t attack someone on their own property especially if they have a gun and expect to not be shot.. It doesnt work that way.

He instigated the conflict by grabbing his gun in the house when he’s there to lawfully go pick up his son which the wife isn’t doing by court order which is a form of kidnapping . So I don’t see that as self defense he never had the gun on him in the initial argument he went back inside to get it as well that guy needs to go to jail because that was murder not self defense . That wasn’t like the rittenhouse story at all . Granted it happened in Texas , however seeing as the DA already recused themselves from the case another prosecutor will pick it up and I believe a jury will find him guilty . Now imagine is a black person was the one who got shot ? This would be a national news story calling for Social justice and this is acts of racism blah blah blah but hey 2 white people why even bother reporting it right ? Smh
