no crab boat on the deadliest catch has stabilizers on them. tell me which boat has them! north western doesn’t, the wizard doesn’t, the time bandit doesn’t, the Cornelia Marie doesn’t, the saga doesn’t, Wild Bill’s new boat doesn’t and nether does the kids boat(i forget what the new kids name is.). i have been watching that show since the beginning and non have stabilizers like i said. now if your talking the younger sister show about dungeness crab fishing. they may have them.

Well I’m building the same boat in steel and 44′. Many of the same features some different. The Diesel Duck is a fantastic boat for a couple cruising boat and I hope you get her sold. Looks like you did a great job.

    Nice vessel…

I had the pleasure of seeing this boat in early 2018. It is wood construction, very well thought out and executed. The builder applied commercial boat building methods during construction which contribute to the safety, ease of handling and robustness of the vessel. There are some unique idiosyncrasies (IMHO) that I didn’t necessarily like but which were well thought and I felt I understood his decision making. In the end I figured I would get used to those pretty quickly.
Unfortunately, it suffered some damage during Hurricane Harvey that was too much for my comfort in moving forward on the purchase. For the right person and price, this has the potential to be an incredible purchase. The pride of building shows throughout.

I always like these boats but a gotta say your choice of tender is awsome too. The best part of an aluminum flattie is it could sit out in weather for years and its pretty much unfazed. If you pay attention they are plenty stable even in the big water.

One can pick at the video but the overall result is 1) amazingly engineered machine 2) best wishes for a happy new owner. I give it 4.5 what-the-hells.

I loose my 5 years old kid with a 50$ video camera on that boat and I bet with my life that he’s gonna come out with a way more decent walkthrough! How in the world you end up selling things, mister?

Today’s tidbit of info, The toilet (head) in this boat, is at the front of the boat (bow), where the term "The head" comes from. As opposed to the poop deck, which is at the stern, and has nothing to do with number 2’s. Nautical terms are bizarre, till the origins are known.

Always surprised me that tile could be installed. You would think that the natural flex of the boat would eventually " pop" tiles. She’s a beautiful well built boat for sure.

Sounds like you are trying to sell a farm or a trailer, not a boat. Start off with the anchors then the head? Does it come with a trailer hitch? Higher someone.
