Landlord forced his way into the apartment. Dude just pushed him outside very hard because he FORCED his way into the apartment in the beginning. I’m not so sure about this video. As a home owner I think if you FORCE your way into my home your fair game. Sad story but I don’t agree.

The same should happen to the tenant except from a high rise building so he can feel sorry for what he did on the way down

The worst part, is the law seems to protect the tenant because of the bad landlords. But what about the bad tenants. such a sad story

Dude tried to enter the house… not saying it’s okay. But don’t enter the house. Call the sherif and get an eviction notice.

Now that guy gets free rent and 3 meals a day. But should be there 30 years or more. They need stiffer sentences.
It’s a shame that nice landlord died.
He was nice enough to cut the rent in half to help them. My condolences to his family.

Let’s be fair I’m sure everyone would push him if he went that close to any of you.
There’s a thing called personal space.
I have experience of pushing someone into a fence that went too close to my face.

  34. Swan Mendoza on March 21, 2022 at 11:24 am

This is sad. Same time people need to stop confronting others even though you may be right. There are other way to deal with matters. Nowadays are not like long time.

  35. keith j on March 21, 2022 at 11:24 am

Only 3 years. This is exactly why people are emboldened to do whatever they want. The penalties are nowhere near a deterrent. Our system is BS. The victims have no rights

  39. Hondarider on March 21, 2022 at 11:27 am

Throw the book at that pr!(k. F’N freeloader. Guess he will pay more than he thought. Really pisses me off.

We just sold our rental. We are 70 and then destroyed the floors and used a gun to shoot pellets at the restored wood mantel. Close to $6K in damages. He SUED us for his security deposit. Being a landlord now is not worth it. This man was a Retired Detroit Cop. No good deed goes unpunished.
