You will be SORRY!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT Sign up with visible wireless. They are holding my phone number hostage. Cannot provide me with service. And cannot give me my phone number back because they cannot release it until they provide me with service. This is a nightmare. I have a business to run. My phone number is attached to everything. Nobody can reach me. It’s a total nightmare. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not sign up with visible wireless. He will be so so so so so so so so sorry. Go on Reddit and do a search. You will see how many people they have done this to. This is a nightmare.
Be aware for 25$ you will get 25$ service. Esim they do not how redownload esim. Phone number transfer a huge problem for them, because customer service in overseas. A lot phone interruption internet is always slow, but on speedtest is always fast. Nice good service fake provider.

So this company is a giant scam made by verizon anyone who gives these dbags money is a giant fool and they will go out of their way at visible to make sure to smear egg on your faces… anyone who disagrees has yet to actually contact support good luck to all the sheep who fall into this pit of wolves
keep in mind you can also get around the 480 video limitation by using a vpn
Can we keep our same phone numbers?
Another review a month later. Visible has become absolutely terrible. The first three months were fine. I could run just about anything. Now I can’t get much more then 1/2 a meg for internet speed. some websites take 2 minutes to load. Same ones that popped right up a month ago. Do not use them. They seem to be throttling now! Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. Everytime you call they will put you through a canned trouble shooting sequence…..call back and they make you repeat it. I spent 6 hours on their site yesterday.
Used to be you would be maxed out at 4 for the party plan.
Issue comes with when one person in your party doesn’t pay the bill

Visible coverage is very bad in my area zip code 78660 I created many tickets. I am switching out to other carrier in a week or so. There is network congestion in my area. Even YouTube video is buffering.
Ping issues kill me for this. I was hoping for some 4g gaming.

Any companies similar to Visible but with better ping? I imagine the "virtual phone network" that Visible uses ends up getting less priority over actual Verizon cell phones when routing.
💯Didn’t even mention the unlimited hotspot available in terms of data. That was a big game changer for me when I was paying $100 per month with AT&T and no hotspot available for the iPhone unless you paid an extra $25 per month, what a rip off. Been with visible for 10 months now and I am 90% satisfied. There are hiccups from time to time, but for the incredibly reasonably low price plan you really can’t complain
I just tried to make it work. It would not work at all and there’s no customer service. Beyond frustrated. Trying to cancel but there’s no way to cancel.
I signed up with Visible after being with Verizon for over 10 years and the only problem I keep having is the SIM card will stop working and will not let me connect back to the network even after going through all of their troubleshooting steps including the final step of factory resetting my Galaxy S9+, still won’t connect so they send me a new SIM card and it will work again for a few days to 10 days then the same thing happens. I’ve been with them for less than 2 months and I’m currently waiting for SIM card #5 including the first starter card. The BS is the wait time to get the new card has been up to 5 days while I’m still paying for those days with no working service. Every time it happens they act all confident that they can resolve it no problem and so far the only solution has been to replace the SIM. I don’t understand why they can’t identify the problem. Could it be my phone causing this issue somehow? That seems quite unlikely to me but I’m no wireless phone expert. Does anyone have any ideas or input that may help? I invite your comments if so because this will not be a repeated cycle that I’m willing to be a part of for much longer. I forgot to mention that when the SIM goes dead it does just that because they never work in any other phone that I try them in either, verifying that the SIM itself is the problem, not the phone unless the phone can somehow fry the SIM. Otherwise, Visible is a perfect match for my needs if I can just get the SIM to work…

🤔Is anyone asking themselves WHY Verizon would even offer Visible, a company that they own, for cheaper, on their own Network to compete with the other company Verizon Wireless, that they also own? Look beyond the obvious. Question everything. 🤨🤷🏻♀️
Visible is GARBAGE! I live in the FAR Northwest Suburbs of chicago… All 3 carriers have the best 5G/LTE coverage… Verizon may own visible, but it def has LOWEST Priority on their data network… If you have XFINITY or SPECTRUM internet or tv, their MOBILE Service is where its at. You don’t get as many bells and whistles, but they have exclusive agreements with verizon, giving them basically equal priority on the verizon network. I found XFINITY wireless worked better than verizons own prepaid
Is there a high speed data cap on the unlimited? If there is can i buy more. I work on the road and always hit my 30 gig cap on mint
In both of your videos you failed to mention data throttling caused by other members of your 4 person party, let alone a 50 person party.
Buyer beware!! Their service leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Do you know if the visible phones are unlocked or if they come with "visible" soft wear like other major carriers?

If you go to Visible’s site you’ll notice they don’t explain the 5 meg speed cap anymore……I know they’ve done away with this! I see it everyday on my phone. The say no limit for data but they don’t tell you it’s as slow as a turd on a cold winter day!
I’m starting to have internet problems in the last few days……same thing that happens on some of the other providers when they start slowing things down.

I bought my iPhone 12 from ATT. Have an $80 dollar plan buy my bill is $160 a month after all their fees and taxes. I’m done. I don’t think I can switch to Visible wireless with an ATT phone.

I had Visible for almost two years now, calling and texting were good but not great but I like Verizon 4G networks and unlimited data ,it’s fast and reliable, but Visible phones are locked , they can only be used on Verizon networks.
I wanted to say thank you for allowing me to be able to only pay 25.00 starting on my next payment plan. I been using visible for about 2 years and was paying 40.00 a month because I couldn’t figure out how to do the 25.00 plan till I saw this video. Idiots at Visible messed up my porting request. They could not resolve the issues for more than three weeks. They sent me a brand new sim card, yet the hand set is screwed beyond repair. What is worse still is, they won’t talk to you on the phone, nor would they read your e-mail and reply. The novice customer support reps chatting with you don’t know much about provisioning. One thing they are good at is suspending your service if you are behind payment. If you want to switch to Visible, switch to a new number.

Seems like all the videos for no contract companies it all sounds good but the comments are filled with all kinds of horror stories. I keep asking which company is the best to go with but nobody seems to know the answer.

Can a Visible plan replace cable/home internet? I use internet mostly for email, Facebook and Netflix. I also upload vlogs to my cloud server but they’re short clips of abt 3 minutes

how do I become customer…specs?
Michael….if you want to test it out and then decide to remain as a customer, can you join somebody’s group, after the fact? Or…do you need to join from the beginning? I just don’t want to join a group and then leave in a month if it’s not the right service for me.
I currently have MetroPCS and get just 1 bar of signal at my house. Do you think switching to Visible might change that?
