    You said you bought the tv 2-3 weeks ago, then how can you call visions and tell them to swap the tv, you broke the tv yourself, no one in canada covers physical damage or water damage.!

    I will never buy there again . Dealing with warranty is pain in the ASS . Ravpreet the sale man lyes to me .NEVER buy there anymore.

    fyi.. tv has one year warranty if it has a broken button you can call samsung and they replace it for you. There is probably more to the story. eg: physical damage and now you are trying to get another tv. brand new tvs dont come with broken screens or broken buttons. i have had nothing but great experience and will continue to shop and support canadian retailer visions electronics.
