There’s such a huge stigma around manufactured homes (“trailer houses”, “double-wides”, “single-wides”) BUT y’all they have stepped up the manufactured houses game! SO PRETTY! So although we are just in the very beginning stages of purchasing a new home, I wanted to take y’all along for the ride and just see for yourself two of the homes we fell in love with! Stay tuned!

They really have stepped up their game, but where they are lacking, from what I have researched, is in customer service…sometimes before purchase, but def after.

My favorite Clayton home is the "Rocky" Model. Also, love your Jeep!
My favorite clayton home models are the Mimosa, the Laney, the Abigail and the daisy may. All can be viewed at the new Braunfels location. Absolutely beautiful.

Hi, im not real familiar with manuf homes-have some family in KY, but they have modular built on basements, there are many vids on you tube about Clayton poor quality, this model is featured quite a few times with owners showing the poor quality and things that need to be fixed, check out Recreational Resort Cottages, the Elly May, same floor plan but upgraded in quality-take care-curious we live in PHX-can you really come out more affordable once you buy the land and make improvements, home prices have gone crazy, our home has gone up 160K in value in 5 years here in PHX-only 1213 month including taxes on a USDA loan
