god damn it!!!!!! microcenter is my favorite store and i go there all the fucking time. i had no idea he was going to be there. last week i went there to get some computer stuff and one of the guys working there saw my JayztwoCent shirt and was like did you see him for are grand opening? i was like NO!!!!! i had no idea and a i get microcenter emails. WTF!!!!! i was so sad. i would have loved to meet you jay. you are my second favorite youtube computer nerd. i love your videos so much.

We have Microcenter equivalent in Phoenix, Arizona called Fry’s Electronics, and they are going out of business. Dudes still tell me it will stay open, but they are no longer getting shipments of PSUs, CPUs, Graphics Cards, etc.
It’s kind of depressing, man.
Online business pushed them out. Their return policy is shit though, I was told I was the one that damaged the case right away when I was returning it. Even though it had factory defect.
In the current market of PC stuff…you should try to maintain customers, or you will lose business. The store is about the size of Costco, right. But it’s empty of people. Maybe 10 people on whole store.

I shop at Tustin store back in 1980 I built my first clone computer 1989. They were known for electronics. I was working in Dallas Texas which I visited their micro center. Downey California

I’d really like to have one of these near where I live. Unfortunately for Sears, their local store in Michigan City Indiana has been closed. I was there that day, to be honest I didn’t even know he was going to be there. I was wandering the store and walked over to the build you own PC section and noticed a crowd gathered around Jay while he was building. I was only going to stay a little while but ended up staying 3 hours just for a chance to win that computer!

I’m in the industry already but, Micro center would explode if they went international and opened up in London.
Really wish I had one nearby! The closest one to me is a 5 hour drive
We’ve got one in Cincinnati, i need more money.. got a PSU from them, still using it, they are really good for pc parts and stuff. we get 3d filament from them too i cannot say i’ve ever been dissapointed wish we could go there more often.

Sooooo. I won that beast. I need to change the fluids. What fluids should I use? This is the disadvantage of someone winning a liquid cooled unit who has only built air cooled computers.

Man awesome store none near me at all. What would go over the top for this store is for a small fee they have an area where you can build your PC and someone there to assist if needed. Have tools etc to use and space to do it.

We don’t have Microcenter in my area, we have Fry’s. A few years ago, it was great. Anything you could have wanted, and then some. I went there last week (End of september) and it looked like the aftermath of Black Friday. Empty aisles as far as the eye could see, trash and dirt on the floors, etc etc. Maybe I should move to an area with a microcenter after graduation.

Micro center is the best. I go into a best buy and ask.. do you have ddr3 l 1600 so dim… and I see this blank look.. tell them ram.. they take me to a case ( we have this but it’s for mac) ram is ram. Go to a micro center and only question I get "how much memory do you want and do you want that in single or dual stick…" so easy at micro center. And not one person is rude.

Build all my PCs through Micro Center 🙂 sometimes it’s a few dollars more expensive but I’d rather support them then the large online retailers.
I wish there was something similar to a Micro Center down in FL and not just all these Walmart’s and Best Buy’s that steal your money :’(
