    wow, my grandfather scrapped ships after WW2, its crazy to see how far downhill its gone since then, as they can just take them to countries with no minimum wage

    They should give the hard shell life rafts to the workers as housing.

    Those little boats make awesome floating housing. At least improve some part of their living situation if they are nor going to get danger pay or a pension of some kind. . .

    In fact a nice little floating house would be a great pension for some folks

    I had no idea ship scrapping yards were such a horrible and dangerous mess, I thought these types of stuff would only be done by professionals and companies with the right equipment, not these innocent people who put themselves in danger to put bread on the table. God help us all

    The countries who sent this to Bangladesh also liable for that toxic.. But they are civilized nation. Another thig is that, owners of ship breaking company keep emphasis on government cause political parties are biased.
    From civilized countries to own country nobody care about poor.
