Even it may not result in job growth. But some high skilled jobs may be created and mainly dependent on china.

You do realise they pay workers in China a tiny amount of money, compared to what they’d have to pay Americans.
Manufacturing could come back, but low-education manufacturing jobs aren’t. Unless you’ll accept $200-300/month, or be willing to pay $2000 for an iPhone.
