Correction: This video incorrectly states that Apple no longer assembles the 2013 Mac Pro in Austin, Texas. The 2013 version is still assembled in Austin, while Apple plans to assemble the 2019 Mac Pro in China.

We’ll be able to stay rich forever without domestic modern supply chains/manufacturing because we have magic money that other countries will just keep taking.

another fine example of how people are fighting communist oppression – NOBODY WANTS to be a communist except for ignorant, woke Americans who have never had to live in communist regime.

  21. Lost Gleam Media on December 8, 2021 at 12:24 pm

You do realise they pay workers in China a tiny amount of money, compared to what they’d have to pay Americans.

  22. Andrew S on December 8, 2021 at 12:24 pm

Manufacturing could come back, but low-education manufacturing jobs aren’t. Unless you’ll accept $200-300/month, or be willing to pay $2000 for an iPhone.

People are against exploitation of labor, but if we try to bring it back it’s like to the USA you are against it? That makes no sense. And then you will be the same people saying how much you hate capitalism. It’s the hypocrisy for me 🙄

My first and Last "CRAPPLE" computer was the 2C, been building IBM/ASUS/ systems from 88 to Today in 2021 ever since. Now the New Version is just a Throwaway in a few years and now since Lead/Tin Solder is illegal all the circuit boards meltdowns are filling the Silver Market with Silver/Tin 60/40% which is killing investment markets WORLDWIDE. Real apples have seeds but all you have here is Toilet Paper products. Apple alone Destroyed America in ONE PHONECALL

Instead focusing on iphone, how about start with planes, ship, vehicles, mega stuff in usa ?

  40. Wrill on December 8, 2021 at 12:43 pm

Apple products already cost way too much, and they make so incredibly much profit they would still profit with the tariffs being paid.

  41. Kenneth Lozano on December 8, 2021 at 12:46 pm

President: Do you mind US manufacturing?
Apple: Ask me that question if u can keep up with the demands…

  49. The_Expidition on December 8, 2021 at 12:56 pm

It is so hard because it is expensive for Apple and that hurts.

  50. American Citizen on December 8, 2021 at 12:58 pm

Biden will export more manufacturing so the U.S. looks like a "clean" nation. It’s a card trick.
