Why Amazon Hasn’t Killed Best Buy
I bought Wifi-Speakers, Wireless Beats Headphones, Cellphone chargers, from Best Buy, I never had a problem with any of these, I bought headphones from Amazon they was cheap junk!!!!!! Amazon sells 2 many Made In China Cheap trash products!!!!! I ❤ Best Buy!!!!!!
The never showed their virtues in Mexico and last year just pulled out, leaving a lot of people stranded, starting with their employees, suppliers and customers all.
Oh how I wish BestBuy shipped internationally. It’s such a pain to ship products from them into my country using workaround third party services.

The best part about Amazon and Best Buy and Walmart there easy to cheat like for instants my Apple earbuds i put the used product back inside the new box and get my money back
They can survive with exceptional customer service but most business miss that mark.
I’ve seen video games I wanted at bestbuy, scanned the barcode with my phone then bought it on Amazon for 1/3 the price lol
I can buy a NEW, ORIGINAL item from Best Buy whereas Amazon may have a REFURBISHED, COUNTERFEIT item. With price matching, I am 100% Best Buy.

There’s nothing like being there in person and experiencing the product first hand before you buy it. Also, there’s nothing like if you don’t like the product you can just take it back to the store. No shipping, no waiting seven business days and all that.

Best Buys biggest problem is at the corporate level. Try calling your local store and your call will be intercepted by a call center that likely will place you in the never ending hold universe where you get to listen to crappy music! Don’t believe me, I went to my local store, called their number and never had it forwarded to the store!!! I even called their corporate number and was placed on hold. After 30 minutes of their crappy music I hung up. Try it. Best Buy (612) 291-1000.

99% of the Product these two companies sell are manufactured in China.. The Rule-of-Thumb of Markup is BUY Low and Sell High.. No matter how you cut it, it’s like this.. A $10.00 purchase by these companies is sold for $40.00.. If the product sits on the shelf for more than 30 days the product is is sold at a loss.. FOR EXAMPLE.. at 60 days that product goes on sale.. If it’s not sold in 90 days it comes off the shelf.. Much of the unsold product goes to a Landfill Site.. That’s to protect the Profit Margins.. BestBuy and Amazon can compete on product sales if they decide not to use the Landfill Sites.. Everybody will WIN.. It’s a Criminal RACKET, PEOPLE.. The Government is IN-ON-IT.. The Government Taxes you when you buy IT and They Tax the retailers when They buy IT.. The thing is, the Government doesn’t even have to lift a Finger to make their Profit.. Every piece of Product that is imported keeps you out of a Job..

If I was Best Buy? I would not sell anything found on Amazon. Only Best Buy’s website.
Used to go every week when they sold CD’s.
Now it’s like once a year if you need a TV or a washer machine.
I bought and returned a new surface pro 5 times on Amazon. I paid msrp on Amazon but kept getting used, refurbished, broken, or counterfeit device. I finally just drove to Best Buy and got an actually new device. This was 3 years ago and since then i buy all my electronics from Best Buy. I lost confidence in Amazon for anything more than a cheap usb charger.

I hate going to the best buy in my community because it’s employees are nothing but students from the local university and they know nothing and hate people apparently, I’ve bought 4 phones from this store and they have never been able to xfer my contacts from the old phone to the new one.
